Fixed Price
Written and verbal quotations are available from our engineers or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to assess your job. All quotations are subject to 20% VAT.
Hourly Rates
There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30-minute increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to 20% VAT.
No Extras
Customers will not be charged for parking or the time engineers spend travelling to jobs.
Estimates
Estimates are generally non-chargeable.
Materials
Materials charged at cost plus 20%.
Collection time will be kept to a minimum – any charge will be agreed with the customer in advance and not exceed £80.
Payment
Payment must be made in full by credit card, cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice.

* Some estimates may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, the area and the time of the appointment. Any charge made will be deducted from the final invoice.
Time Slots & Arrival Time
We provide morning and afternoon time slots for our Plumbers and Heating engineers.
- Morning: 8 am-12 pm
- Afternoon: 12 pm-5 pm
We can only guarantee the arrival time of the first appointment at 8 am.
