When our combi boiler recently failed (terminally) I gave Terry a ring and asked if they could fit a new boiler quickly. He had provided a quote for a replacement about 6 months ago and he agreed to honour the price. It was fitted within the week. Terry and Pawel did a superb job on the day. Terry was very supportive throughout.

I was able to get an engineer booked at short notice, at a specific time, rather than just a vague window.

Their plumber Terry was punctual, and effectively replaced our leaking hot water cylinder, including nice tidy plumbing of new pipework and new valves where necessary.
