Fantastic service. Needed help with underfloor heating. Not only fixed the issue, explained how to prevent it, and how to fix it myself should the issue ever reoccur.

Have just had our old built-in belling double oven taken out & a new one installed . We had James come to do the work. He was an extremely efficient person. He had to go for extra parts he returned with parts needed & completed the installation. Also had to disconnect a gas hob & cap it. All work done in a very professional way. Also help my husband carry old oven outside.
James was a very likeable chap very polite & professional in his work.
Definitely use TM Hughes again.

Had a landlord gas safety certificate test done today. First time I’ve used this company. All I can say is that after 20 years of using different companies this company are on a completely different level.
Pawel was amazing, spent a great deal of time checking everything right down to a radiator which wasn’t heating up!
Amazing service and highly recommended!!
5 stars is just not enough!

I contacted Terry the owner on Sunday 30 September, after finding his details on google. My boiler had completely failed and after a comprehensive FaceTime conversation, where we were able to discuss the problem and I show him what was going on, he advised that a new boiler was the only course of action. He arranged for the work to be done on Tuesday 2 October, less than 48 hours from the first phone call. Brilliant. His men turned up promptly on Tuesday at the arranged time, in uniform, in a smart van, with all the materials to complete the job. The lads very very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job. There was then a slight issue that I had not explained to the lads, my fault, again I rang Terry explained to him the issue. Next day his lads arrived,
45 mins later job done. No problem.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Brilliant communication, Brilliant service. 5 stars.
Terry, and the boys thank you so much.

Thank you Terry for taking the time today to investigate whether the black marks along the top of the walls in my tenanted flat were caused by the boiler. Even though you had only come to the property to perform a gas safety certification, you went out of your way to perform an extremely thorough investigation to ensure that the boiler was safe and not responsible for the black marks. Your over and above service is very much appreciated. Good man!
