Having warned us that the part would have to be ordered with a possible one to two days turn around he left to order a new seal from a local supplier. However, despite his doubts on the availability he managed to locate and obtain a replacement part and returned the same day to carry out the repair. Having done so, he went on to successfully complete the annual boiler service as required. Kai’s efforts and prompt repair ensured that we suffered little to no inconvenience.
