Potterton Combi Boilers
Potterton Combi Boilers have an ‘A’ energy rating for both hot water and heating, come with a 2-7 year warranty and are endorsed by the Energy Saving Trust. Available in sizes 25, 30 and 36 Kw to cover all sizes of home.
Combi boilers heat hot water instantly via a heating element as soon as a tap or heating turns on. Combi’s don’t require a storage cylinder. Potterton boilers are known for their compactness and lightweight also so good for saving space and the first choice for small to medium homes with moderately hot water demands.
Potterton System Boilers
Potterton system Boilers enjoy the same ‘A’ energy rating for heating and hot water, the standard Potterton 2-7 year warranty and are also endorsed by the Energy Saving Trust. System boilers have everything built-in but utilise a sealed pressurised hot water cylinder for storage and distribution. System boilers are the best option for larger sized homes with more substantial hot water demands.
System Boilers are available in sizes 12, 15, 18, 24 and 28 Kw and boast industry-leading flue lengths (up to 20 meters), allowing flexibility for installation areas. A fully modulating boiler that uses the exact amount of fuel for maximal efficiency.
Potterton Regular Boilers
Regular Boilers are often found on older central heating systems with an open vented cylinder and cold water tank. Regular Boilers are usually only fitted as replacements in this day and age as most new installations are either Combi or System Boilers. The Potterton regular Boiler is one of the lightest (if not the lightest) Boilers available on the UK market.
The Boiler itself is compact in size and available in 13, 16, 19, 25 and 36 Kw size ranges which will work for nearly all properties. The Boilers’ design allows quick installation and servicing with simple fixing, top or rear flue options (up to 12 meters) and no required pump overrun.

Potterton Boiler Service
We Service Potterton Boilers. An annual service will ensure your Potterton boiler runs at the best possible efficiency, saving you money on energy bills. All servicing is undertaken to Potterton instructions covering all essential components, thoroughly inspected, cleaned and tested. Parts like the gas burner, connections, seals and safety devices (all-important to prevent boiler damage in case of a fault)
All connections are tested for tightness and leaks; any issues found in this department are corrected by tightening or replacing the seals. We also check that exhaust gasses can escape from the flue properly, so there’s no risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Potterton warranties are only valid if your Boilers registered within 30 days and serviced annually by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. Servicing ensures your warranty is valid, and we’ll write a service record as proof. Servicing also uncovers issues that can be fixed or planned for before they turn into more serious problems.

For example, you may have an old regular system boiler with an open cylinder and water tanks (which take up precious storage in the loft). We can remove your old Boiler, install a new Potterton system Boiler, replace the open vented cylinder with a new pressurised cylinder and finally remove the water tanks (creating storage space) and pump. All in all, making a smaller and more efficient system, there are many possibilities.

Potterton Boiler Repair
Potterton Boilers are made for easy repair. In the event of your Potterton boiler breakdown, we can have an engineer out to you within a couple of hours. The engineer will analyse your Boiler to detect the fault and undertake the necessary repairs. We may have the required parts on the van. Otherwise, we’ll get the necessary parts locally.
