When we needed a new boiler, TM Hughes supplied and fitted it promptly and efficiently. TM Hughes has serviced and worked on correcting my boiler installation (from a different and poor company) for 5 years. They have always been very professional and, importantly, turned up on time. The work is reasonably priced, and I have never had an issue with what they have done for me.

During a recent boiler fault, which was hard to diagnose, Terry, the owner, became involved and was absolutely great in helping me to resolve this with Glowworm under warranty. Very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and gives honest advice that a customer can trust.

I highly recommend TM Hughes and will use them for years to come and do recommend them to my friends, family, and anyone reading this review!

TM Hughes & Son were very responsive coming out quickly to assess our boiler when it stopped working and advised us on a replacement boiler as it would have been too expensive to repair. Absolutely first class service, although he was very busy he still found a bit of time to take a look and see why we had no heating or hot water. I thought that this level of customer service died out a long time ago but totally impressed by the "above and beyond" dedication that was shown to try and help us. Great service and nice guys! I had a complex underfloor heating issue. They came out and assessed it. A week later came with all the parts and fixed it. Gave some great advice on how to maintain the system and made some cost saving recommendations. Definitely would use them again.
