The Boiler is an essential household appliance. Anyone who has ever suffered a Boiler breakdown quickly realises how important it is after going without Heating and hot water for a few hours or even days.
We offer Boiler Installation Service and Repair. We install modern condensation Boilers, which are incredibly energy efficient.
We service your Boilers annually so they run efficiently and won’t break down, and if you are unlucky enough to suffer a Boiler breakdown, we can get an engineer out the same day to repair your Boiler.
Boiler Installation
All the new Boilers we fit condensing Boilers which run at 90-99% efficiency. (depending on the make and model) these modern boilers capture escaping heat and gasses, which is recycled to heat water.
Old Boilers can be very inefficient and can waste up to 40% of fuel, wasted money and not good for the environment. A new Boiler can significantly lower your fuel bills.
We can fit any make of Boiler whether they are gas, electric LPG or oil. All boilers will fall into the combination, system or regular category.
Combination Boilers
Combination Boilers are the preferred option for Boiler installations accounting for around half of all Boilers we install.
The Combi Boiler is a compact unit incorporating all working parts internally, a simple and efficient system that saves space.
System Boilers
System Boilers include a sealed cylinder that stores hot water to provide ample supply to homes with multiple bathrooms. We fit system Boilers in medium to larger sized homes. They take up more space than combi boilers as cupboards required for the hot water storage cylinder.
Regular Boilers
As it’s otherwise known, the regular or ‘traditional’ Boiler is a complex system that uses a storage cylinder, pump, and water tanks. The regular system takes up much space, so it is usually replaced with a combi or system Boiler. However, we still fit regular boilers in homes with traditional systems or need a large supply of hot water.
Boiler Servicing & Repairs
Once your new Boilers been installed, they will need servicing once a year for two reasons.
The first is to keep it clean and run smoothly and efficiently. Safety tests are also run.
The second is to validate the boiler warranty and any home insurance policies that cover boilers.
We service boilers of all ages, whether it was installed by us or someone else.
We have engineers on standby to attend to Boiler faults or breakdowns, which are very common during the winter months.

Water Cylinders
We install service and repair water cylinders. If you’re having a new system Boiler installed, we can install a pressurised cylinder to work in conjunction with your new Boiler.
Alternatively, if you’re having a combination Boiler installed, we will remove the previous cylinder entirely as combination Boilers do not require cylinders.
We can service your water cylinder annually to ensure it’s safe and in full working order.
Central Heating Components
Our services cover all other central heating components such as radiators, valves, controls, pipes, pumps etc.
Power Flushing
Power Flushing completely cleanses your central heating system, the inside of radiators, pipes, boilers, pumps valves. Every component deals with flowing water.
Over several years, your system will build up with sludge, a mud type substance that’s made up of broken down debris such as limescale and rust.
The sludge collects in the system and accumulates. After a while, your system will become inefficient, and radiators won’t heat fully. The result is your Heating costs more to run and is not as efficient as it used to be.
Power Flushing solves this problem by clearing your system of all sludge. Chemicals and water are pumped through the system until it is clear. Afterwards, your radiators will heat fully, and all working parts will run smoothly. You’ll likely notice a drop in your heating bills also.
Underfloor Heating
We install wet and electric Underfloor Heating systems. The wet system includes pipes and insulation that run under the floor.
The pipes draw hot water from the Boiler, circulated under the floor around the room, heating the entire space.
An electric system involves heated coils and insulation, which produces the same effect.
Underfloor Heating can be fitted in any home with a wide range of solutions possible to work with any floor type.
