A few years ago I needed a replacement boiler, TM Hughes sourced it, supplied and fitted it efficiently and tidily. My late husband was ill with dementia at the time, but the plumbing and heating engineer, Pawel, took everything in his stride and was kind, friendly and respectful with him.
After installation he checked each radiator carefully. He was polite and his work was clean and tidy.
