Alex was polite, friendly & efficient when he came to service the boiler.
When we needed a new boiler, TM Hughes supplied and fitted it promptly and efficiently. The heating/hot water system was checked thoroughly after installation, including existing radiators, and the kitchen cleared and tidied afterwards. I have used this company for a number of years for boiler and hot water cylinder checks and maintenance, and can recommend them to others.

Time will tell whether our problem is sorted but Dylan also had some good ideas about next steps if it is not. Great service from TH Hughes - would highly recommend.

Replaced my Nest thermostat as Google stopped the app for the learning 3 and T M Hughes replaced it with the latest Hive Thermostat very pleased with the service and how quickly they installed it thanks

Second boiler service carried out by TM Hughes. One this October and one in October 2024. Both times the engineer has been professional, friendly and competent.
TM Hughes have always been reliable and helpful with various jobs in my home, including moving a boiler to the other side of the room. Would highly recommend.
It only took one phone call, no messing around the technician was at my house spot on time. Didn't take long to spot the broken part and placed an order and it's due sometime next week. Everything was placed back left no mess.Very pleased with the service.
Used Alex from TM Hughes to remedy a fault with my hot water cylinder. Two visits required were prompt, on time and the fault effectively rectified. I'll hopefully use Alex for future work and servicing on my hot water installation.

My boiler service was carried out at short notice as i was moving out - the engineer was on time, polite and completed the works quickly - also supplying my with email versions of the reports which are useful in the house selling process.
TM Hughes & Son were very responsive coming out quickly to assess our boiler when it stopped working and advised us on a replacement boiler as it would have been too expensive to repair. James came round within the week to replace the boiler. He was polite, answered all our questions, gave good advice and completed the job efficiently and well and we thankfully have heating again. Would recommend.

Can't speak highly enough of Terry & his staff. Terry gave a very competitive quote for the work needed & fully informed me of what was involved. He was more than happy to answer any questions i had regarding the job, which was very helpful. Alex installed my new boiler, i was impressed with his time keeping & he worked non stop all day long. He also cleaned up as he went along. The quality of his work is excellent i am very impressed, its great to have peace of mind that you have a plumbing company like this that you can call on if & when needed. Absolutely first class service, although he was very busy he still found a bit of time to take a look and see why we had no heating or hot water. I thought that this level of customer service died out a long time ago but totally impressed by the "above and beyond" dedication that was shown to try and help us. Making an effort to fit us in at short notice and working on a Saturday to install a new one so that we weren’t long without hot water / heating. Great service and nice guys! I had a complex underfloor heating issue. They came out and assessed it. A week later came with all the parts and fixed it. Gave some great advice on how to maintain the system and made some cost saving recommendations. Definitely would use them again.

Shower Enclosures
We can fit you a new shower in your existing enclosure or provide a new battery and new section. There is a wide range of closures available, which include:
Pivot Door Enclosures
These are classic doors that swing open like a regular door. They’re ideal for larger areas where space isn’t an issue.
Sliding Door Enclosures
Comprising one or more panels that slide sideways on tracks, these enclosures are perfect for for when space-saving is essential.
Bifold Door Enclosures
These doors fold in the middle and then swing open, ensuring they don’t require a lot of external space to operate.
Quadrant Enclosures
Designed to fit into a corner, these curved enclosures typically come with sliding or pivot doors. They are especially useful for smaller spaces.
Rectangle Or Square Enclosures
Classic and straightforward, these enclosures can be installed against a single wall, in a corner, or between two walls (Alcove). The type of door can vary.
Frameless Enclosures
These provide a clean, modern look. Made of sturdy tempered glass, the minimalistic design eliminates the need for a metal frame, creating a sleek, seamless appearance.
Semi-Frameless Enclosures
A middle ground between framed and frameless designs is that these have minimal framing, usually only around the perimeter but not between the glass panels.
Walk-In Enclosures
These are open, barrier-free designs without a door. Typically, they have a larger showering area and are separated from the rest of the room by a glass panel or wall.
Corner Enclosures
Designed to fit snugly into a corner, these enclosures usually come in square, rectangular, or quadrant shapes.
D-Shaped Enclosures
These are curved enclosures standing away from walls. They use a curved door, giving them a distinctive “D” shape when viewed from above.
Three-Sided Enclosures
These are enclosures surrounded by glass on three sides. They can create a standalone showering space in the middle or side of a room.
