From contact to coming to our home, diagnosis and having hot water again was excellent.
Coming back in a couple of weeks to change a couple of components. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I use Terrance Hughes & Sons to help maintain a property and the team has always provided quick and high quality work. Terry and Pavel are always on hand to provide me with support, including recently installing a boiler and carrying out the necessary inspections.
They complete work to a high standard, respect my tennants and focus on getting the job done. This helps me immensely because i trust them to do the work to my requirements. I highly recommend them and look forward to using their services in future.

My Aqualisa shower had not been working properly for some time. TJ Hughes fitted a new controller and diverter, and the shower now works perfectly.
Not cheap but much less expensive than Aqualisa’s repair charge, and less still than a new shower.

Are you a Brentwood homeowner seeking expert Tap Installation or Repair services? Our experienced and insured Plumbers can help you.
Tap Installation
We install all types of taps, which includes
- Pillar taps: Traditional individual Taps for hot and cold water, typically installed on basins or sinks with two tap holes.
- Mixer taps: These taps merge hot and cold water within one unit, enabling precise control over water temperature. They come in diverse styles like monobloc, deck-mounted, and wall-mounted to accommodate different sink and basin configurations.
- Monobloc Taps: Monobloc Taps possess a unified spout with distinct handles or levers for hot and cold water. They are designed for single-tap hole installation and are ideal for limited-space basins or sinks.
- Surface-mounted Taps: These taps are mounted directly onto the sink or basin surface and can include either mixer or individual hot and cold water taps.
- Wall-fixed Taps: These are installed on the wall above the sink or basin rather than on the surface. This design saves counter space and creates a contemporary look.
- Retractable spray Taps: These taps incorporate a pull-out or pull-down spray head, offering enhanced flexibility and convenience for tasks like dishwashing or produce rinsing. They are particularly well-suited for kitchen use.
- Bridge Taps: Bridge taps feature distinct hot and cold water inlets but share a unified spout. These taps blend modern and traditional designs, often found in kitchens or bathrooms, with a vintage or classic design.
- Bib Taps: These wall-mounted taps boast a basic design and are often used in utility rooms, garages, or outdoor spaces. They can be single or double units for hot and cold water.
- Triple-hole Taps: Triple-hole taps comprise individual hot and cold water handles and a central spout. They require three holes for installation and are suitable for use with basins or sinks.
- Standalone Taps: These are independent units not attached to a wall or surface. They are typically paired with freestanding baths or basins.
- Thermostatic Taps: These taps feature an integrated thermostat that maintains consistent water temperature, even in the face of water pressure fluctuations providing enhanced safety.
