We experienced some load noises on our boiler we called
TM Hughes, James the engineer came recommended a new boiler as the repairs require would be almost half the cost of new he was not pushy just a recommendation. We agree and he returned and replace the boiler within three days and return when i called as i was unsure about something, 3 visit within the space of a couple weeks he was very patient and so was mr Hughes when I called thank you both, and I couldn’t be happier.

First used tm hughes & son when my boiler packed up a week before xmas, with in 2 days new boiler had been installed, terry went out of his way to help at a busy time, and always use them for its annual service. Recently used them for a toilet repair again the service was 10/10, special mention to pawel the engineer. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TM Hughes. The water from my bath and sink was draining extremely slowly. We had tried liquid drain unblockers but these had failed. After a visit from Terry and one of his fantastic plumbers our water now gushes away at a rate we've never seen before. A huge thank you to both of them.

Saniflo systems allow you to install complete bathrooms, Toilets, Showers and most other plumbing fixtures and appliances in locations previously not possible (locations away from the main sewer line).

Previously Plumbing installations were limited to where they could be installed due to soil pipe location and the design of the home and sewer system. That was until Saniflo Systems were introduced.

Saniflo systems allow Plumbing installations where it is not practical or cost-effective to run traditional plumbing.

For example, you can place a Toilet in a cupboard, a Shower in the basement, build a bathroom in the loft or install a washing machine in a garage. A Saniflo allows any Plumbing fixture to be installed anywhere (within reason). The options are endless.

Saniflos work by grinding up waste and using a pump to send it through fine pipes to the sewer line or septic tank. They are a type of macerator.

A macerator is a machine that reduces solids to tiny particles, Saniflos grind, crush and pulverize using blades to break down the waste into very fine particles.

Once cut into a fine slurry, the waste is pumped to the soil pipe. Distances of up to 15 feet vertically and 150 feet horizontally are possible.

Before an installation takes place, an engineer will visit your property and undertake a short survey to determine the best Saniflo for your requirements and write you a free, no-obligation quote.

If you’re happy to go ahead with the installation, your new Saniflo will be installed quickly, efficiently, and neatly by one of our engineers.

Saniflos are swift to install, taking between a few hours and a day, depending on the size of the job and the work involved, which varies from property to property. Our engineer will provide a time estimate during the survey.

Years Of Easy Maintenace & Trouble Free Use

Saniflo systems are maintenance-free and last for 15 years after installation.

Due to Brentwood’s hard water, periodic descaling is advised to keep limescale at bay. A simple procedure that takes little time and only needs to be performed 3-4 times a year.
