Alex was polite, friendly & efficient when he came to service the boiler.
When we needed a new boiler, TM Hughes supplied and fitted it promptly and efficiently. The heating/hot water system was checked thoroughly after installation, including existing radiators, and the kitchen cleared and tidied afterwards. I have used this company for a number of years for boiler and hot water cylinder checks and maintenance, and can recommend them to others.

Replaced my Nest thermostat as Google stopped the app for the learning 3 and T M Hughes replaced it with the latest Hive Thermostat very pleased with the service and how quickly they installed it thanks

Second boiler service carried out by TM Hughes. One this October and one in October 2024. Both times the engineer has been professional, friendly and competent.

TM Hughes & Son were very responsive coming out quickly to assess our boiler when it stopped working and advised us on a replacement boiler as it would have been too expensive to repair. James came round within the week to replace the boiler. He was polite, answered all our questions, gave good advice and completed the job efficiently and well and we thankfully have heating again. Absolutely first class service, although he was very busy he still found a bit of time to take a look and see why we had no heating or hot water.
