About Worcester Boilers
Worcester Bosch is the UK market leader for domestic boilers. Worcester Boilers offer unparalleled quality and reliability; they certainly are not the cheapest Boilers available, but they are among the best and will give you many years of loyal service.
Worcester Combi Boilers
Worcester currently offers seven gas combi boilers (and two oil) with guarantees of 10 years, eight years and six years.
Most Combi Boilers have an ‘A’ ErP energy efficiency rating for both hot water and heating and are available in various sizes to cover all home types.
Combi Boilers are the number one fitted Boiler in the UK as they take up the least space. There’s no need for cylinders, external pumps or water tanks.
Combi’s require fewer parts, so easier to install and maintain and are very energy efficient. Combi Boilers run at the same pressure as the mains, which is good news if you live in a high-pressure area, you’ll enjoy a naturally strong shower.

Worcester System Boilers
System Boilers are the preferred option for larger homes with the ability to supply multiple hot taps simultaneously, made possible with an invented cylinder (Worcester make excellent cylinders to complement their System Boilers).
Like Combi’s, most of the essential parts (such as the pump) are built into the Boiler, saving space.
System boilers don’t need a water tank either they do. However, take up more space than Combi Boilers because of the cylinder, which is usually hidden in a cupboard.
System Boilers are very economical to run. The system can still provide hot water in the event of Boiler failure if an electric immersion heater’s fitted to the cylinder.
Worcester Regular Boilers
Worcester makes Regular Boilers to fit onto old central heating systems with a traditional style Boiler, open cylinder and water tank. Combi and System Boilers are the favourite choice for new installations; however, old pipework, radiators and valves may not cope with the increased water pressure. In this instance, the old Boilers switched for a new regular Boiler.
Regular Boilers do have their advantages. They work well in low-pressure water areas. The water tank and open cylinder are suitable for supplying lots of hot water at multiple locations simultaneously, so good for houses with two or more bathrooms. Regular Boilers are also compatible with solar heating (as are system boilers)
Worcester Boiler Service
Worcester Boilers will run well year-round, provided they are serviced annually. Worcester offers generous guarantees on their Boilers, valid as long as the boilers serviced annually by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer. We offer servicing for all Worcester Bosch Boilers. Not only are we Gas Safe Registered, but we are also Worcester bosch Accredited, so rest assured your guarantee will be valid when you use us.
The service is carried out following stringent procedures as per Worcester Bosch’s instructions. All internal parts are thoroughly cleaned, inspected and tested to ensure they’re working at 100% capacity. All seals and pipework checked and tightened where necessary. Boilers feature safety devices that ensure there’s no damage caused in the event of failure. The safety devices are tested.
We also check that gas is burned at the correct rate and the flues are working correctly using a flue gas analyser device that measures the combustion and products produced. We’ll make sure there’s adequate ventilation and your boilers not a carbon monoxide risk.
Once the service is completed, the systems switched on, we’ll ensure the boilers running correctly and all radiators are heating up, which are bled as necessary. Your Boiler will run at full capacity following the service and will be less likely to develop a fault.
Worcester Boiler Installation
Our Worcester Bosch Accredited installers have been fitting Worcester Boilers in Essex for many years. Worcester is our number one choice for boiler installations because of the high quality and reliability they offer. You want a Boiler that will serve you properly day in day out, so the right one for your property must be chosen.
If your Boilers are over ten years old or are experiencing continuous issues, it’s time to look for a replacement. As boilers age, they become more prone to failure and become more expensive to run. If your thinking of having a new boiler installed or having to have one installed because your old boilers broken beyond repair, one of our engineers can visit your home, inspect your system and write you a free no-obligation quote.
Whatever make of or type of Boiler you currently have, we can upgrade to a new Worcester Bosch boiler. If you have an old traditional system, we can test it for suitability for conversion. If we feel your pipes and radiators can handle a modern system or combi boiler, we’ll fit one for you. By removing the old traditional Boiler, we can do away with the water tanks creating storage space. Your old cylinder can be upgraded to a new pressurised cylinder, or we can fit a Combi boiler and do away with the cylinder as well (freeing up more space).
There are many possibilities when it comes to Boiler installation. A free survey allows us to show you all the options and give you an accurate and free no-obligation quote.
